Mapo Tofu with Fresh Chilli

“Feeling hungry? 🌙 It’s midnight snack time! Whip up a quick Mapo Tofu in just 10 minutes – low-calorie and guilt-free.

🌶️ You‘ll need: tofu, ground beef, RishRight fresh chilli, soy sauce, salt, peppercorns, garlic, green onions, and cornstarch.

1️⃣ Mix a big spoonful of RishRight fresh chilli, a spoonful of soy sauce, and a spoonful of salt for your sauce.
2️⃣ Toast the peppercorns in a pan to unleash their fragrance.
3️⃣ Cube your tofu.
4️⃣ Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic and ground beef, then add the sauce, peppercorns, and water. Cook for 5 mins.
5️⃣ Thicken with a cornstarch-water mixture for that perfect gravy consistency.
