📝Ingredients
Fresh Free Range Egg noodles, 1 pack, 410g @aldiuk
Onion x 1, thinly sliced
Garlic cloves x 4, thinly sliced
Spring onions x 3 stalk thinly sliced, separate white stems & green leaves
Coriander, a bunch thinly sliced
Ginger slices x 3
Cooked King prawn x 150g
Shaoxin Wine x 1 tbsp
Light Soy sauce x 1 tbsp
Dark Soy sauce x 1 tbsp
Yopo Chilli oil @rishrightuk x 1 tbsp
Qin chilli oil @rishrightuk x 1 tbsp
Mild olive oil, 1 tbsp
Sea salt & pepper, for seasoning

👩🏻🍳 Cooking methods
1. Heat the pan with oil, add in ginger, garlic, spring onions white stalk, stir fry until aroma, add in onions, stir fry
2. Add yopo chilli oil, mix well, then add noodles, soy sauces, rice wine,
3. Add prawns, mix well, then add coriander, spring onions leaves, taste & season with salt & pepper if needed
