Coconut Shrimp
Omg, thanks God, I didn't have to share them with anyone 😂 So crunchy, taste of coconut... also, sauce is optional. You can have sweet chilli sauce, but with @rishrightuk, everything tastes better for me 😁🤤
Ingredients: shrimps, egg, flour, coconut flakes, bread crumbs, salt, black pepper, paprika powder, ginger powder, lime, chilli sauce by @rishrightuk, honey, soya sauce, rice viniger
1. Mix bread crumbs mix coconut flakes and salt
2. Dip shrimp into flour first, then egg and crumbs mix
3. Fry it for 3 minutes on each side
4. Let it rest for a couple of minutes on a paper towel
5. Serve with a sauce mix from chilli sauce, honey, soya sauce, and rice viniger. Also, squeeze some lime juice 🤤
