Unsmoked Basa liberally smothered with @rishrightuk #fresh qin chilli sauce, some capers, a bay leaf or two and some cherry tomatoes. This was all parcelled up in parchment paper and baked for 14 minutes.
I served this with blanched broccoli, a hard-boiled egg and some absolutely smashing panzanella salad.
A dinner I could eat on repeat it’s that good & ready in under 30 mins rich & creamy cod and parsley fishcakes 🐟
So tasty 🤤 topped with some free range poached eggs and @rishrightuk Qin chilli oil 👌 really makes the poached eggs taste so good 😊

It’s a result of our special blend of Geographical Indication Qin chilli peppers, other spices and a 400 year old recipe with an ameliorated modern nourishing touch. Once picked up by the carrier, standard shipping transit time is 3-7 business days depending on your region. For international orders, please allow up to 30 days for processing and delivery.
Is your chilli sauce gluten-free and vegan?
All of our chilli sauces are gluten-free. Most are vegan-friendly except for the Qin Chilli Paste, which contains chicken seasoning.
How spicy is your chilli sauce?
Our chilli sauce comes in various heat levels, with the Fresh Qin Chilli having more a kick than the You Po Chilli, all while retaining its signature aromatic taste.
