Refund policy
All unworn, unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be returned for a full refund minus the price of the original and return shipping label within 14 days of reception of the items. This is for regular priced items and discount code items only.
All discounted goods (except using said discount codes) are final sale and non-refundable.
Shipping fee needs to be paid by customer.
We carefully control all items before they are sent out to you. If your item has arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us at support@rishright.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, preferably with photos of the fault/damage. Please do not return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first.
Items must be returned in perfect condition and placed back in the original packaging. If tags are removed or destroyed, the item is not eligible for a refund and a return shipping fee will be charged.
Once your return has been approved by our team, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.
We do not refund any shipping costs.
You are responsible for packaging the returned item(s) appropriately so that they are not damaged in transit. If items are damaged in this way, they will not be refunded.
