Rather liked this Yo Po Chilli Oil - the peanut & sesame ready adds a bit of crunch and nuttiness 👌
Unsmoked Basa liberally smothered with @rishrightuk #fresh qin chilli sauce, some capers, a bay leaf or two and some cherry tomatoes. This was all parcelled up in parchment paper and baked for 14 minutes.
I served this with blanched broccoli, a hard-boiled egg and some absolutely smashing panzanella salad.
A dinner I could eat on repeat it’s that good & ready in under 30 mins rich & creamy cod and parsley fishcakes 🐟
So tasty 🤤 topped with some free range poached eggs and @rishrightuk Qin chilli oil 👌 really makes the poached eggs taste so good 😊
Some rocket salad 🥗 avocado 🥑 tomato’s a good amount of black pepper and topped with Parmesan cheese 🧀

A very useful drizzle and a nice alternative to crunchy chilli drizzle. I like spice and my partner doesn't, so a drizzle is the ideal solution, added just before serving. This drizzle needs a vigorous stir before using as it separates quickly. It has medium heat and I can be quite liberal with it without taking a gamble. Good chili flavour beneath the heat.
This is an absolutely lovely oil that brightens up any dish, the taste is fresh without being overpoweringly spicy but it's an overall wonderful blend. The price is a little high for sure but it's great stuff
I found this product a little odd. When I've tried other crispy chilli oils, they've had crunchy lumps in them, but this one is more of a thick puree split with oil. It is very spicy, a little definitely goes a long way. I also thought it had a feint sweet flavour even though it doesn't seem to have any added sugar.I tried it added to a couple of different salads to add a bit of flavour and also added to scrambled eggs, which worked quite well.I'm not sure I would buy this product again but will happily use the whole jar and it feels good quality.
This chilli drizzle adds a lovely silky and nutty flavour that brightens up a variety of dishes. It’s easy to drizzle and works well on everything from eggs to pizza and steak. The natural ingredients give it a fresh, aromatic taste that’s not overpowering. Overall, it’s a handy and tasty addition to my kitchen that I reach for often.
This is the best chilli sauce I have ever had. Great value for money. Prompt delivery and good communication.
