Unsmoked Basa liberally smothered with @rishrightuk #fresh qin chilli sauce, some capers, a bay leaf or two and some cherry tomatoes. This was all parcelled up in parchment paper and baked for 14 minutes.
I served this with blanched broccoli, a hard-boiled egg and some absolutely smashing panzanella salad.
A dinner I could eat on repeat it’s that good & ready in under 30 mins rich & creamy cod and parsley fishcakes 🐟
So tasty 🤤 topped with some free range poached eggs and @rishrightuk Qin chilli oil 👌 really makes the poached eggs taste so good 😊
Some rocket salad 🥗 avocado 🥑 tomato’s a good amount of black pepper and topped with Parmesan cheese 🧀

Absolutely love this chilli sauce! It’s packed with flavour, a lovely balance of fruity, umami and a bit of sweetness, with just the right level of heat (not too spicy, just enough kick). Tastes really authentic, like something you’d get with proper Chinese cooking.I’ve been having it on ciabatta, and it’s honestly brilliant, adds loads of flavour. Works just as well with breads, noodles, or even stirred into rice. One of those jars you’ll find yourself reaching for all the time.If you like chilli but don’t want something that blows your head off, this is a great choice. Will definitely be buying again.
We love this sauce! Unlike anything we've tried before, came across it at the chilli and cheese festival a couple of months ago and have been through 4 pots since! It would be great if we could buy in bigger pots or in bulk :)Tastes amazing with cheese, we often have it as a salad dressing too
Really Yummy and Fresh Chili Oil. I used it to fry the spinach and sausage.. can't wait to eat this with every meal.
Unlike other chilli sauces, this one has a light, fragrant taste with a gentle kick of heat. It’s refreshing, not greasy at all. I love pairing it with pasta or crackers.
My favourite chilli sauce outside of China!It’s medium spicy for me (I do have a high spicy tolerance) and it goes well with all different kinds of dishes such as fried rice, beef salad or steam custard egg 🤗
