Unsmoked Basa liberally smothered with @rishrightuk #fresh qin chilli sauce, some capers, a bay leaf or two and some cherry tomatoes. This was all parcelled up in parchment paper and baked for 14 minutes.
I served this with blanched broccoli, a hard-boiled egg and some absolutely smashing panzanella salad.
A dinner I could eat on repeat it’s that good & ready in under 30 mins rich & creamy cod and parsley fishcakes 🐟
So tasty 🤤 topped with some free range poached eggs and @rishrightuk Qin chilli oil 👌 really makes the poached eggs taste so good 😊
Some rocket salad 🥗 avocado 🥑 tomato’s a good amount of black pepper and topped with Parmesan cheese 🧀

This chili sauce has a great flavor without being overly spicy. The addition of white sesame seeds and crushed peanuts really elevates the flavor and gives it a nice texture.
I bought Yo Po Chili to spice up my meals, and it did not disappoint. I used it as a dipping sauce for dumplings, and it was absolutely delicious - just the right balance of heat, flavor, and umami. It has that homemade chili oil taste with crunchy bits that make every bite satisfying. Definitely a new favorite in my kitchen. Highly recommend if you love a good chili oil!
This yopo chilli has a pleasant, manageable heat that most people can handle. You get this rich aroma of toasted dried chilies and sesame coming through. If you find boiled asparagus boring, just add a drizzle of this chili oil and a splash of soy sauce,it instantly transforms the whole dish. So good!" Good quality,good flavor.
This chill oil not only does it tastes good, but is also very versatile. It’s perfect with noodles, traditionally i think it’s with thicker noodles, but works well with thin noodles, vermicelli. I also used with fried dishes with a little bit extra spice.
