Cod Fishcakes with Poached Eggs

A dinner I could eat on repeat it’s that good & ready in under 30 mins 👌 🐟
@coop rich & creamy cod and parsley fishcakes 🐟

So tasty 🤤 topped with some free range poached eggs and @rishrightuk ( they gifted me some of there fab jars ) Qin chilli oil 👌 really makes the poached eggs taste so good 😊

Some rocket salad 🥗 avocado 🥑 tomato’s a good amount of black pepper and topped with Parmesan cheese 🧀

A good colourful dinner 🍽️
