This shamelessly stacked ramen bowl is loaded with crispy pork belly, juicy Itsu gyozas, soft jammy eggs, noodles soaking up every drop of savoury broth, and finished with a fiery drizzle of RishRight Yo Po Chilli oil. 500ml Itsu-style or homemade broth

Spring onions, chopped, for garnish
