Coconot seafood soup
Ingredients: 50g rice, 150g seafood, two cloves of garlic, a can of coconut milk, paprika, frozen peas, a tablespoon of ginger paste, two teaspoons of coconut oil, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, half a vegetable stock cube, coriander, 2 teaspoons of @rishrightuk Fresh Qin Chilli Sauce
1. First cook the rice
2. In a pan, fry the seafood with garlic and a tablespoon of soy sauce, for 5 minutes and put the pan to the side
3. In a pot with coconut oil, fry the paprika, peas and ginger paste for a minute
4. Season the whole mixture with soy sauce and pour in the coconut milk
5. Add the vegetable cube, chilli sauce and wait until it boils
6. Once boiling, add the seafood, rice and coriander. Cook for a couple of minutes and enjoy!
