We’re incredibly proud and grateful to share a small but meaningful milestone for our young brand.
Our Yo Po Chilli was recently featured in the June 2025 issue of Wealden Times, one of the leading lifestyle magazines in Southern England. What makes this truly special is that it was not a paid feature or a media pitch — the recommendation came directly from Charlotte Butterworth, a respected food writer, cookery teacher and content creator.
Charlotte has tried two of our core products over the past few months and has continued to generously share her experience with our sauces across her social media and weekly recipe videos. In her latest published recipe for Spicy Slaw, she chose to highlight our 400-year-old heritage recipe Yo Po Chilli, calling it:
“A beautiful rich and flavourful artisan chilli condiment… made with quality ingredients and packs a real punch.

As a brand founded less than two years ago in the UK — rooted in authenticity, heritage and premium quality — this kind of recognition means the world to us. To be seen and acknowledged by someone who values flavour, craft, and culture is a moment of quiet pride for our entire team.
Thank you, Charlotte, for recognising the depth behind our flavours and for supporting small, independent producers. And thank you to everyone who has believed in us from the beginning — your support is what keeps us going.
We believe good food connects people, and stories like this remind us why we do what we do.
